Support chat, AI and Telegram
Support conversations and messages are stored centrally to process your request. A random access key is saved in your browser. AI processes conversation history to answer questions. Messages are forwarded to our Telegram support bot for personal assistance; replies appear in the website chat. Telegram processes messages under its own privacy terms. Please do not send passwords or sensitive data. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Messages are deleted when no longer needed, subject to retention duties.
